Monument has over 30 years of construction, extension, renovation, development, landscape and pool experience. We have wide reaching associations with award winning architects, interior and landscape designers as well as owner corporations managers, councils and authorities.

We are available for engagement as –

Builder – Quoting or tendering on projects with completed drawings, documentation and permits. We are well qualified to manage projects with or without Architect or Client supervision.

and for –

Concept to Completion / Design & Construct – Handling all building process stages including : concept, sketch design, engineering, geotechnical (soil testing), land surveys, heritage assessments, arbor & traffic reports, architectural working drawings, interior and landscape design specifications, planning and building permits, VCAT, quoting, contracts, insurances, contract administration, project management and of course, construction.

Communication

We ensure all parties are kept fully informed regarding works, variations and scheduling. We understand communication is a major component to delivering a successful project and for a satisfied client.

Cost

Our solid associations with our trades and suppliers ensures we / you receive services, materials and fittings at reasonable rates. We never rely on variations to increase the value of a signed contract. Our intention from our initial meeting and quote / tender is to offer all options, then remove / adjust items if required, to better suit a clients budget before a contract is signed. We believe this to be a fair and upfront manner of conducting business.

Referrals

The majority of our projects are now referals from Architects, Interior Designers, Landscape Designers and clients. Referals and / or visits to projects are able to be arranged.
